Hello everyone! I am so excited to share this month’s Illustrated Faith kit, The Joy Journey, with you! I’m pretty sure this is hands down my favorite kit ever!! Check out the unboxing in the video below.

So many fun and beautiful goodies in the kit this month! The devotional and artwork were done by Ali Brown this month and if you aren’t familiar with her then I suggest you head on over to her YouTube channel and get to know her a little. The kit this month was meant to look like a snapshot of Ali’s desk and I think you’ll be able to see that with the artwork and the types of products included this month.

The devotional is the star of the kit! Such wonderful content and prompts to help you work through what our identity in Christ looks like and how that leads to a life of joy.
Everything else in the kit is included to help you recreate the beautiful mixed media style of Ali. The kit includes a 4×6 clear stamp set, a number stencil (Ali is always including some stenciled numbers into her backgrounds), and a roll of washi with Ali’s artwork.

Ali is all about tip ins and clear elements in her journaling and so this kit includes these 12 acetate Messy Cards. How gorgeous are these?! These would be fun to add some stitching detail to or even use to create a clear pocket element in your journaling Bible or art journal.

Just like last month, this kit includes a folded sheet of stickers. How awesome are all of these big title starters that you could layer over the top of the Messy Cards! I plan on recreating some of these mixed media diamonds out of cardstock to add to my journaling entries.
This sheet of stickers is sized and folded so that it will conveniently fit into a Traveler’s Notebook system!

There are so many colors and textures in the kit this month so here are some product suggestions to match this kit. Have fun exploring with some different mediums and techniques this month as you work through “The Joy Journey” kit.

Last month’s kit, Mark Maker, sold out very quickly so be sure to head on over to the Illustrated Faith shop to grab this kit if you haven’t already. In addition to the physical goodies, you will also get a free printable with the kit or you have the option to purchase the devotional and/or the elements digitally if you don’t want to fuss with shipping costs or physical products.
Stay tuned…once I get over this silly kidney stone, I’ll be sharing some process videos as I work through this kit!
