Hello everyone! Today I’m diving into the newest devotional kit, All Things New, from Illustrated Faith and DaySpring. You can find my process video for this entry at the end of this post and over on my YouTube channel!

I’m excited to work through the devotional content in this kit since Shanna has us looking at the different ways of how God is the God of renewal and what that looks like. For the first session, she encourages us to listen to the song “All Things New” by Andrew Peterson and “journal what it would like for something new to happen in your circumstances.” I decided to dig in and read some commentaries on Isaiah 43:18-19 and reflect on those while working on this entry.
I love that this particular kit leaves room on the devotional cards for you to respond to the different prompt questions. This allows you to be able to work through whatever the devotional has for you but then you also have room to take it into your Bible and see what God would have you take away from the verses suggested. There are plenty of verse references and opportunities to jump in and study God’ Word with this devotional kit which is what I love.
