Hello everyone! I love that we are taking a different approach to the death and resurrection of Christ as we head into the Easter season. For some of us, this is a section of scripture that we’ve read through, studied in depth, and even taught to others. I love that Shanna has us looking at this familiar moment in history through the eyes of Mary Magdalene and that she encourages us to really interact with the story through the unique prompts in the devotional.
In addition to great devotional content this month, the kit is full of some beautiful elements that aren’t too thematic which allows for a lot of versatility for how you utilize the different elements. I’ve pulled a variety of mediums to coordinate with the kit this month and I’m looking forward to using these with the floral elements to create some cards to send to neighbors and friends during this time of social distancing.
