I’m so thankful that we have God as our anchor of peace! I’ve fought with anxiety/depression most of my life and even though it’s much better, I still have to resist my anxious tendencies. I’ve found that by staying rooted in my Bible and giving my worries over to God through prayer, I can keep my anxiety under control most of the time.
