Lent Bible Journaling Process

open

Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing a quick entry for Lent using some graphics from TheHungryJpeg. You can find my process video at the end of this post as well as over on my YouTube channel.

If you haven’t checked out The Marvelous March Bundle yet then you are missing out! There are some beautiful graphics that would make great stickers for Bible journaling, faith planning, and faith art journals! TheHungryJpeg did give me this bundle for review but I’ve been a long time fan of their bundles (several years and several thousands of fonts and graphics later lol)!

1

I like to print images on Avery Clear Label paper which allows for the text to still be seen through the images and they just melt into the page. Here you can see that I can get the look of paint splatters without the mess and paper wrinkling that typically comes with splattering paint in your Bible.

Add in some alpha stickers (or you can use the fonts included in the bundle) and some journaling and this page is complete. For Lent I’m choosing to do some scripture writing in a TN insert and only occasionally do a Bible journaling entry when it’s something I want to remember or dig deeper into studying.
